All clients will be required to sign a Fee Agreement with us before any projects are submitted to financial institutions for funding. We do not charge upfront or application fees. Below are our fees.
Funding below $300,000 10%
$300,000 to $500,000 9%
$501,000 to $2,000,000 7%
$2,000,000 to $5,000,000 5%
anything over $5,000,000 3%
Cracker Boxing flat fee $8,000
*August Special* 1% broker fees for deals over $2,000,000.
