Borrowers are required to sign EFA Fee Agreement before any service is rendered. A copy of the fee agreement will be supplied to Lenders so our fee will be paid at closing. Due to the nature of our business we do not refund our fees. If you use our service to find financing for your Accounts Receivables, Purchase Orders, Credit Card Receipts,Cracker Boxes, and Venture Capital you are required to pay our fees as per the signed fee agreement with English Financial & Associates. Once you close the deal by signing an agreement/contract with the lenders or buyers of your instruments you are committed to paying our fees.
