Types of Loans

Hard Money Loan

Short termed (less than a year)* asset-based loan financing through which a borrower receives funds secured by real property.

 

Working Capital Loan

Loan used to cover a company's short term operational needs.

 

Lines of Credit

A preset amount of money that a bank  has agreed to lend you. You can draw from the line of credit when you need it, up to the maximum amount. 

 

Commercial Real estate Loan

 Loan used to purchase and/or renovate an owner-occupied commercial property.

 

Flex Pay Loan

Loan that allow borrower to defer up to 50% of loan principle to a future date to lower payments.

 

Bridge Loan

A flexible loan arrangement to provide shirt term financing until refinancing or sale occurs.
